Cancellations
Notice
of Cancellation is required at least 60 business days prior to
arrival date in order to receive a refund. With proper
notification, your deposit will be returned, less 15% of the
first month's stay (or total stay, if less than one
month).
Payment for all nights reserved is the responsibility
of guests, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. Be
sure to verify your reservation dates contained in the letter
of confirmation.
*90 days' notice is required for cancellation of
July and August reservations in order to receive a refund.
Only handicapped-assistant animals are permitted on the
premises.
Check-In: Please call the day before your arrival
during our normal office hours to arrange your
check-in.
